President Seko Logana is a character who makes a one-time appearance in the Season 1 episode titled "And They Are Us".
Biography[]
President Seko Logana is intelligent, tough talking and seldom at a loss for words. As President of North Limbawe, he is also deeply nationalistic and deeply suspicious of accepting help from Western countries. He recognises that whatever help he gets would come with strings attached, typically by countries eyeing the oil wealth in his country. Even when North Limbawe is threatened with Soviet installed missiles in neighbouring South Limbawe, Seko is reluctant to accept the help of the FIRM and Airwolf. When Dominic tells him that the help of Airwolf "is not costing you", Seko retorts, "Isn't it?" At one point he even accuses Hawke of racism. However he later begins to trust Hawke.
At the end of the episode, Seko forms a coalition government with his former adversary President Harold Ngomo of South Limbawe. As Archangel said, "Seko and Ngomo are even friends, in a manner of speaking."
