Biography[]
Tony Spandel is the assistant of Rosalind Gregory, the chief of staff of Carter Anderson III. When Rosalind hires the exclusive services of Santini Air for 30 days, he and his staff conduct security checks on their premises which they say is routine procedure. But Dominic and Hawke find their checks too intrusive when they start going through their personal financial files. Hawke storms off to the residence of Carter Anderson to back out of the deal but Anderson calms him down by meeting him personally and explaining why Santini Air is actually being hired.
